I have a Current 36" PC dual 96 watt w/ lunar light and fan for sale. You can see it here:

It has a total of 2 switches and 4 cords - one switch for the actinics, one switch for the daylight, one cord each for the actinics, daylight, lunar, and fan. I used it for about 4 months before upgrading to a 6bulb T5 fixture. Paid $165 for it but will sell for $115 if interested. I also upgraded the daylight bulb from the dual daylight 10,000K/6700k to the dual 10,000K bulb and changed the actinic (460nm/420nm) at the same time so both of the bulbs have less than 2-3 months on them.
